The Disability Arts Network (DAN) is organised by Artlink Hull and is open to all individuals and organisations in Hull and the wider region.

Its purpose is to provide a place to discuss art, culture, and disability.

Members of DAN discuss connections between disabled artists and organisations, influencing and co-creating change, accessibility in venues and so much more.

Our next D.A.N meeting is April 15th 2025…

Our next edition of the Audience with… series will see Dan interview Jason Wilsher-Mills!

** The interview will be pre-recorded due to Jason’s very busy schedule **

A brief introduction to the man with a CV which is so long that it cannot be described in a few words.

He is someone who takes his own experiences, his working-class roots, and a healthy dose of pop culture, and spins them into something utterly unique, something that grabs you by the eyes and pulls you into a conversation you won't soon forget.

He wants you to imagine a world where disability isn't a barrier, but a vibrant, technicolour starting point.

Access: Step free entrance from the front of building. Powered Doors. Lift. BSL Interpreter. Large Print available on request – contact me ahead of time. Accessible Toilets; downstairs and upstairs.

Any other access requests can be submitted via the form when you book.

The venue can host up to 30 people and walk-ins are welcome, but, if the event is busy, my colleagues and will I do our best to find you space to join in.

Dates for 2025 to put in your diary for the DAN.
